    Bahrain’s Beyon Solutions Expands Regional Footprint with Egypt’s Link Development Acquisition

    Beyon Solutions, a subsidiary of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, announced today the signing of an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Link Development, a leading regional provider of software solutions for digital transformation.

    Link Development, with operations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, offers digital transformation solutions to private and public institutions. The company boasts a team of over 700 employees across seven regional offices.

    This acquisition aligns with Beyon Solutions’ strategic plans to establish a leading digital transformation service center in the region. By combining Beyon Solutions’ system integration expertise with Link Development’s solutions portfolio, the new entity will offer a wider range of services to clients.

    “We are delighted to take this major step to acquire Link Development,” said Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Beyon Digital Growth. “This acquisition strengthens our commitment to digital transformation in the MENA region and expands our presence and product portfolio.”

    Nicholas Toon, CEO of Beyon Solutions, emphasized the strategic importance of the acquisition. “Integrating Link Development significantly enhances our solutions and services across the region,” he said. “Both companies’ partnerships with key vendors like Microsoft, AWS, and OutSystems will allow us to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our growing client base.”

    In turn, Karim Bishara, Managing Partner at A15, expressed his appreciation for Link Development’s recent achievements, saying: “I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Link Development team for their wonderful achievements over the past years.” Bishara added: “This latest acquisition is the eighth exit of one of A15’s subsidiaries, which reflects our success in helping to create exceptional experiences and projects that achieve great returns for our investors, stressing that the company has certainty that Beyon Solutions possesses the appropriate and distinct strategy that will accelerate growth and create great value.” We are excited about the company’s future prospects and look forward to seeing joint work that will bring continued success in the future for both companies.”

    The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
